Looking ahead to next year, we have the date for No Boundaries 2015<\/a> firmly in our diary. On 29 & 30 September, Watershed will be working with a consortium of cultural organisations for the second year running to deliver the arts industries annual conference. Two days of fascinating and lively debate from some of the most diverse and high profile voices working in the arts today, with a rich programme dedicated to questioning and challenging fresh ideas on the role of arts and culture, finding positive and effective approaches to influence change and crucially, how to support the sector\u2019s growth in a world where there is no normal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

No Boundaries 2015<\/em> will follow last year\u2019s innovative conference format, which live-linked two venues as one conference. This year the venues are Watershed Bristol and HOME Manchester, the city\u2019s fantastic purpose-built centre for international contemporary art, theatre, film and books due to open in May 2015. Alongside the packed schedule of events, there will be dedicated connected breakout areas for conversation and networking, purposefully designed to bring ideas, spaces and people together.<\/p>\n

Last year\u2019s conference was attended by over 400 delegates and hosted a wide array of speakers including RSA Chair Vikki Heywood, Bigga Fish CEO Nii Sackey, Executive Director of Cast Doncaster, Kully Thiari, <\/em>political theorist Dr Benjamin R Barber, and Joy MBoya, Artistic director of Nairobi\u2019s Godown Centre.
